About Reloza
Reloza is a quote request service. We connect customers with independent professional moving service providers. Reloza does not own trucks, employ movers or directly perform any move.
Using our service
By submitting a quote request or enquiry, you confirm the information you provide is accurate, and you agree that Reloza may share relevant move and contact details with independent moving service providers to arrange quotes.
Quotes and agreements
Any quote, price, schedule or moving agreement is made directly between you and the moving service provider you choose. Final pricing depends on factors such as property size, locations, volume of belongings, services required and moving date.
Responsibility for moving services
The selected moving service provider is solely responsible for performing the move, including packing, transport, handling, insurance and any claims. Reloza is not a party to the agreement between you and the provider and is not liable for the services they perform.
No guarantee
Submitting a request does not guarantee that a provider will be available for your date or requirements.
